Who Was the First Person To Make a Video Game

As you know the gaming technology is increasing day by day and we can find a large variety of different computer animated games so it is difficult to find the exact person who makes the first video game.

It is reported that first video games were played on the cathode ray tube and after that it become very much popular and almost all the people were interested to play video games.

If we look a brief history of the video games it is stated that first video game was missile stimulator type game and was first played in the Second World War It was played on circular radar like screen and this game was invented by the Thomas T. Goldsmith Jr. and Estle Ray Mann in 1947.

Later in 1952, it is thought to be the first graphical game was created by A.S.Douglas and it was a tic-tac-toe game called OXO.  After two decades between the 1950’s and 1960’s a variety of other simple video games started to make appearances with the use of large computers that were tube based.

Video games become very much popular and animated games were created in 60s and one of the most popular games was named as Space War.

This game was created with digital equipment and still presented with lots of variations and animations. In 1972 another game released the arcade game Pong which was a big success.

The video games move to the Television and this was designed by Ralph Baer and it was first released to the public in 1972.

Nowadays you can download hidden object games and various time management games having full animation and graphics and can play all these games free of cost via internet.
